As a Mid Level UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our cutting-edge projects. If you are someone who values human-centered design, where functionality and user satisfaction take precedence over aesthetics alone, this role could be for you!

What you'll do

- Design intuitive user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into elegant design solutions.
- Implement design principles and best practices to enhance usability and accessibility within financial applications.

What do you need to have?

- Proven mid-level experience as a UI Designer.
- Proficiency in UX methodologies with a strong inclination towards lean practices.
- A strong command of Figma.
- A strong portfolio highlighting successful UI design projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
- Able to self-manage design projects, deadlines and deliverables.
- Be able to present ideas to clients/stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or relevant field.
