The opportunity

The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to execute Advatek Lighting’s marketing strategy. This includes assisting with marketing campaigns, managing events, managing content creation, enhancing brand awareness, and maintaining digital platforms.

Additionally, this role involves identifying and applying for industry awards and grants to help position Advatek Lighting as a market leader and support business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a globally recognised, innovative brand in the LED pixel control industry.

This is a part-time opportunity (3 days per week).

Based at our new facility in Mulgrave, you will:

contribute to content development for the company website, social media channels, email campaigns, and promotional materials
assist in organising trade shows, conferences, and webinars to showcase Advatek’s products and capabilities
conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities to inform marketing strategies
track marketing metrics, generate reports, and analyze performance to guide decision-making and optimize marketing activities

Qualifications:

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field is advantageous

Experience:

Experience in marketing roles, ideally in technical or B2B environments is advantageous
Proficiency in managing digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools)
Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous
Experience with award and grant application processes is highly regarded
