About the role:

This position reports to the APAC Director of Product Marketing and may be based from either Sydney or Singapore potentially.

The focus of the position will be to support out functional/non-commercial teams e.g. HR (primary focus), Operations, IT, Finance, etc. You will be responsible for optimising the functional departments across Arthrex APAC through the successful co-ordination, planning and execution of all aspects of corporate branding and communication in line with business imperatives and defined compliance parameters.

Example responsibilities:

Developing and implementing strategies including a comprehensive internal communications plan that aligns with Arthrex’s goals, values, and objectives
Working APAC leadership team and APAC VP to organize regional town hall meetings quarterly
Managing Arthrex’s social media accounts from a People & Culture and Talent Recruitment perspective including creating content, scheduling posts, and responding to comments and messages as per the global communication guidelines
Project Managing development & budget requirements of strategically aligned video content
Creation of email campaigns that effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, such as employees, senior leaders, and other departments as directed and required
Analyzing digital marketing metrics, such as website traffic, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to determine the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies
Collaboration with graphic designer and other relevant stakeholders to create visually appealing digital content that effectively communicates with internal constituents
Management of various communication channels, such as: internal and external website content, the company intranet, email newsletters, bulletin boards (electronic) and town hall meetings
Creation of training materials, in partnership with HR and other functional stakeholders, that help employees understand new policies, procedures, and company initiatives

About the Requirements:

Minimum 4+ years of related experience
Medical device/healthcare/life science industry experience would be advantageous
Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Marketing, Public Relations or Journalism
APAC/International work-experience will also be highly considered, along with a global mindset and cultural appreciation
Excellent communication skill. Any Asian language proficiency would be highly considered,
Skilled in collaborating to achieve desired business results
Effective project management and presentation skills
Adaptable: flexible, open to new ideas and approaches.
Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
