Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and goal-oriented Marketing Communications Manager to join our dynamic team in Krong Siem Reap, Cambodia. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our organization's objectives and enhance our brand presence.

Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies across various channels
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling marketing content for digital and traditional platforms
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate marketing effectiveness
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in marketing strategies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing communications.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
Strong leadership, project management, and team coordination skills.
Proficient in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
