The Role

Are you a strategic B2B marketer looking for an opportunity to own and scale a high-impact marketing function? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your work directly influences business growth?

Bridgit is on a mission to revolutionise property finance, and we’re looking for a Partnerships Marketing Lead to drive our B2B marketing strategy. This role is a unique opportunity to lead and grow a team, shape how we engage with Mortgage Brokers and industry partners, and deliver innovative marketing programs that fuel our expansion.

What You’ll Do

Own and lead the development of Bridgit’s B2B marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with sales and business objectives.
Grow and mentor a team, building marketing capabilities as the business scales.
Plan, execute, and optimize high-impact B2B marketing programs, tracking performance and ROI.
Develop sales enablement programs and create marketing collateral to support the sales team and industry partners.
Manage and execute events (both digital and in-person) to strengthen industry relationships and boost engagement.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring the Bridgit brand is consistently represented across all channels.
Stay ahead of market trends, leveraging industry research and best practices to refine marketing strategies.

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in financial services, fintech, or a related industry.
A proven track record of leading marketing programs that drive growth and engagement.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
Experience with marketing CRM tools and performance tracking to measure success.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with an ability to craft compelling partner communications.
Strong stakeholder management experience, working across internal teams and external partners.
A growth mindset, always looking for innovative ways to challenge the status quo.
