Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics and Excel
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience managing external partners, including agencies and vendors
