We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our Client Services department and support our internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and business objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective strategies and solutions that meet clients' unique requirements.
Utilize data and insights to identify growth opportunities and drive strategic decision-making for clients.
Proactively identify potential issues and provide timely solutions to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and reports for clients to showcase the value of our services.
Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments to provide clients with the most relevant and innovative solutions.
Generate leads and achieve weekly outreach targets.
