We currently have an opportunity available for an experienced marketing specialist to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to go permanant. The Marketing Executive, Gaming plays a key role in the execution of the marketing plan for the Gaming team at Crown Sydney. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Gaming, you’ll be directly involved in the ideation and development of the tactical marketing plan, the detailed design of promotions and offers in that marketing plan, and then the setup of those promotions and offers so that customers have a good experience when engaging with them. Some of your day-to-day will include: Contributing to development of the tactical marketing plan of promotions, offers, and campaigns for Gaming, through collaborative, creative and innovative planning and ideation processes Planning Gaming marketing activity in a calendar format Communicating marketing plans to stakeholders and providing executional guidance Developing interactive, fun, and exciting promotions and prize drawings, including detailing prize draw mechanics and prop/stage requirements Refining promotion/offer concepts to determine qualification criteria, promotion/offer/drawing mechanics, conditions, and exclusions Working with Procurement and Sponsorship where necessary to source prizes or offers Producing content for gaming promotions and offers (i.e., copy/ creative) and provide to Marketing Communications team for inclusion in campaign materials Monitoring and maintaining expenditure in-line with propositions and campaign budgets Briefing internal stakeholders front-of-house management and staff of upcoming promotions and offers, via verbal and written communications You’ll have: Demonstrated experience in a similar role (experience in gaming will be highly regarded) Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly-regulated environment Project management skills and ability to manage stakeholders and timelines autonomously, including deadlines and budgets Experience working with agencies and in-house design teams Strong knowledge and skill using Microsoft suite programs Experience with IGT and PeopleSoft, or other similar systems will be advantageous Proactive with ability to be flexible across a 5-day working week, however due to the nature of our business, this role may require commitment outside of office-hours from time-to-time Has or is able to obtain all required Casino Employee Licenses What we offer you: Full time opportunity, based on-site at Crown Sydney Complimentary meals at our on-site staff restaurant Generous discounts across Crown hotels and restaurants Australia wide Access to discounts with our various corporate partners across travel, insurance, heath & wellbeing, fashion, banking & finance, technology, and parking Chance to work in a high-performing team in Sydney’s most luxurious integrated resort
