Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that will increase brand awareness and drive sales. The Marketing and Communications Specialist will also be responsible for creating and managing content across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website content.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
Create and manage content across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website content
Interpret and predict current and future consumer/market trends to ensure the business marketing is aligned accordingly
Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Analyse data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring that it is up-to-date and user-friendly
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and other external partners
Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media and other platforms
Arrange, manage and promote our corporate events to ensure they are appropriate, interactive and value add for our clients and team.
Ensure we communicate effectively and efficiently with our clients to increase their knowledge and involvement
The ideal candidate has an ability to translate data and research into actionable marketing plans that inform branding and campaign development.

Qualifications:

University Degree Level Education, preferably in a related field
2+ years of experience in marketing and communications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with social media management and email marketing platforms
Knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong project management skills
Creative problem-solving skills

Salary range $75,000-$80,000 per annum plus superannuation
