About the role

If you have advanced writing and design skills with a passion for brand and communication across all channels, this is the opportunity for you!

Joining our Sales Leadership team at our Port Melbourne office, you’ll be partnering with our CEO and Commercial Directors nationally to lead our marketing efforts. You will grow and promote our brand through:

• Planning, developing, and implementing the marketing strategy, campaigns, and tactical activities

• Tender writing and management of the tender database.

• Website and intranet management.

• Event identification and delivery to accelerate and grow our business.

• Collaboration with stakeholders for presentations, proposals, tenders, and events.

About you

Demonstrating your experience in marketing strategy development, management, to implementation you’ll excel in this role by also having:

• Excellent communication and influencing skills

• Experience with marketing software and a firm grip on navigating a variety of tech platforms.

• Track record in campaign management from concept creation through to delivery

• An ability to juggle multiple priorities, backed by sound planning and organising skills.

You revel in doing things better, owning and solving problems, whilst constructively challenging the status quo with your creative thinking skills.

This role is well suited to someone with previous experience in a similar role, a strategic thinker and comfortable being hands on.
