Position Overview:
As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will lead our sales strategies and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and grow our market presence through all market channels; wholesale, retail and online. This role will involve creating and executing sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and developing innovative marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products reach the right customers with maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to meet business goals.
• Build and manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our reach in the market.
• Lead market research efforts to identify industry trends and consumer insights.
• Create, plan, and manage product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
• Manage and mentor the sales and marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and sales metrics.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry.
• High levels of flexibility, adaptability and ability to pivot quickly based on business needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills to track and interpret performance data.
