Reporting to the Global Marketing Promotions Manager, you will be primarily responsible for enhancing and developing all company web assets. You will update them to be aligned with our brand and SEO best practices. Your work will ensure these assets are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for various devices, all while maintaining a strong attention to detail. Ideally, you can develop marketing collateral for both offline and online platforms, or at least be eager to learn while supporting the Marketing Promotions team. You will take ownership and initiative in all team projects.

What You Will Do

You will:

Manage the design, development, testing and updating of company web assets.
Manage the flow of work and appropriate content and graphics resources to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Deliver professional inter-personal communication and positive working relationships with staff.
Ensure the consistency of all promotional literature across the global organisation, including ongoing review and advice on content, branding elements and adherence to the corporate style guide.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for web and design and be able to demonstrate a strong portfolio of work that showcases their skills, creativity, and experience.
As a team player that uses initiative and works well in a deadline driven environment.
Eager to learn graphic design to support the team in multiple projects and acquire new knowledge and skills.
Time management to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Essential

4+ years minimum experience in a similar professional role
Strong proficiency in web development particularly HTML, and CSS/SCSS.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and JQuery.
Experience in mobile responsiveness, and browser testing/debugging.
Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
Proficiency with the Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Acrobat)
A good level of skill in spoken and written communications, as you may need to assist with creation of collateral.
A creative mindset with strong attention to detail with an ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Capable of working and meeting deadlines, across multiple projects

Desirable

Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere & After Effects and/or video editing skills.
Practical experience with version control systems such as git.
Ability to deliver creative design solutions within provided project guidelines.
Previous Mining background an advantage.
Be able to produce print ready artwork for digital print.
