Your primary goal will be to ensure the seamless delivery of events by managing logistics, acting as the central point of contact for staff, clients, and stakeholders, and creating impactful marketing content. You will work closely with external vendors and internal teams to ensure events run smoothly while also contributing to the brand’s social media presence, elevating our messaging and engagement across various platforms. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Work with external events team to ensure our key events run smoothly
Attend and manage all events acting as the main point of contact for staff, clients and stakeholders
Communicate event details with clients, stakeholders and staff
Arrange flights and accommodation for attendees and staff
Bring enthusiasm and creativity to all events
Create social media content which aligns with Infinity branding, values, and style.
Manage the social media channels, messaging, content and responses after hours
Write and proof social media posts, press releases and marketing material

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or working towards qualifications in Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in social media and/or content creation.
Knowledge of the finance industry is desirable but not mandatory.
Clear Police & Credit Report (Mandatory).
