Skill Requirements

IT Integrity requires a talented Marketing and Communication Officer, whose primary function will be to provide external and internal communications support in accordance with our marketing strategy and business plan The successful candidate will be required to work directly with the CEO and Managers in creating, implementing and delivering new marketing strategies and material across multiple platforms. The role will be responsible for the below activities. This is an exciting role for a recent graduate, and we offer an immediate start for a creative and analytical individual with a passion for marketing .

Key responsibilities

You will own the marketing calendar working across all elements of the communication mix with direct support from the C-Level of IT Integrity
Manage the company website & social media in terms of news updates and content improvements and execution of marketing campaigns
Draft marketing collateral and copy and work with the internal team, vendors, and industry specialists to support a position of thought leadership.
Identify marketing, PR and communications opportunities, and then capitalise on these
Design marketing assets
Contribute to the development and implementation of communication initiatives
Edit and proof of a wide range of material for internal and external distribution
Assist and support the consulting and business development teams to reiterate our brand at each touch point.
Carry out additional duties as directed by management

Key requirements

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communication or related discipline
Solid understanding of technology professional services and technology concepts
A high level of computer literacy – MS Office
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage website content and social media
Experience or study in digital marketing e.g. Social Media, AdWords, etc
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Possess strong attention to detail with exceptional organisation skills, have the ability to efficiently prioritise tasks by deadlines and ability to work under pressure
Be able to design presentations, update and improve document templates;
Ability to collaborate with different departments to prepare and execute marketing campaigns
Ability to collaborate with industry vendors, video and graphics design teams, to develop case studies underpinning our marketing messages
Be motivated, passionate, proactive (self-starter), and articulate
Current drivers licence
