Working alongside the Head of Production, Project Managers, Digital Experience Team and Strategists, you’ll ensure our clients have the highest standards of service and ensure we as an agency are delivering on project objectives, on time, on budget and to the highest standard.

About the role

The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of complex projects for our retainer clientele. They will lead the end-to-end digital transformation within the client's current roadmap and have the confidence, knowledge and understanding to facilitate problem-solving and planning workshops to uncover opportunities for our clients to accelerate their growth.

In this role, you will be effectively managing resources, schedules and financials while ensuring the quality of output at every phase of the project life cycle. The delivery of successful and on-time projects is crucial and will rely heavily on the ability to anticipate, mitigate and manage risks effectively. You will be proactive in driving continuous process improvement initiatives to elevate the offering of the department and agency as a whole. You will have excellent technical knowledge, be an effective problem solver and work autonomously.

Day to day you’ll

Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans and schedule throughout the project life-cycle; assuming complete ownership of all aspects of the solution delivery
Participate & lead technical requirements workshops, translating discovery findings into clear requirements (business, functional, technical); to provide to the required teams.
Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering future opportunities for collaboration.
Lead the development of comprehensive project plans, business cases, timelines, and budgets for digital initiatives.
Concurrently manage end-to-end website projects and BAU retainer tasks across multiple clients
Proactively identify and manage risks, resolving challenges to ensure project progress. Collaborate closely with your clients to drive the successful delivery of key objectives.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex issues into understandable terms
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget and at the highest quality from a user-experience, creative and technical perspective, whilst meeting or exceeding the expectations of both client and internal team.
Strategically address client challenges and propose new opportunities for growth.
Create project timelines, resource project team and help forecast studio traffic
Successfully manage multiple concurrent digital projects, including planning schedules, budgeting & estimating and resource allocation.
Collaborate with the project team to identify strategies and solutions that will best meet the client's needs
Put together change requests and proposals for projects
Monitor risks and act as the point of escalation for clients and internal teams
Assist in testing, content population and other ad-hoc tasks when required

We are looking for someone with

4+ years' experience in a similar role
Complete knowledge and full understanding of area of specialisation, principles and practices within a professional discipline.
Sophisticated analytical and problem-solving techniques to identify cause.
Knowledge/experience with popular website CMSs such as Headless WordPress, Storyblok, Contentful, other Headless CMSs, Shopify, etc. (Nice to have: Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore)
Experience in human-centred design and design thinking principles is advantageous
A solid understanding of common web integrations, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms and customer data platforms.
A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing, with the ability to confidently identify opportunities and engage channel experts when needed
Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
High level of interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal – to influence and shape key decisions
The ability to effectively enhance relationships and networks with senior internal/external partners
The ability to adapt style and communication to different audiences with different technical abilities/understanding
A team player mindset - happy to assist and support others
