What You’ll Do:

Develop and lead a content strategy that aligns with Kapitol’s brand and business goals.
Create and execute compelling blog and social media content across key channels like LinkedIn and Instagram that drives engagement.
Track and analyse social media performance using analytical tools.
Monitor, manage and respond to social media communications.
Be an active member of the leadership team and contribute to meetings.
Stay ahead of platform updates and industry trends to ensure our digital marketing remains innovative.

Who You Are:

Highly experienced social media specialist with proven skills in engaging a mature audience within the construction sector.
Collaborative style who can build and maintain relationships with each of the functional areas providing engaging content for them.
Driven individual who will provide daily content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Blogging (including video) and long form content opportunities.
Tasked with raising the focus of social content to shine a light on the Technical, Quality and Capability of Kaptiol’s project and teams.
