To learn more about life at Lendi Group check out our blog: https://www.lendi.com.au/inspire/category/life-at-lendi/ About the Team Reporting to and supporting a Performance Manager, you’ll be working with an industry leading in-house Performance team to develop and implement Lendi Group’s acquisition proposition for Customers, brokers, and franchisees, and assist in the rollout of Lendi Group’s digital marketing. The role is responsible for developing integrated campaigns and delivering against Lendi Group’s business objectives, while ensuring Customers are at the centre of our activities. You’ll act as champion of digital marketing for both Lendi Group’s Brokers and Customers, driving online leads and engagement through paid channels such as Search, Social, Display, Video and Partnerships. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal Marketing teams (e.g. Creative, UX, Customer Journeys and Brand) to bring new acquisition ideas to market.
