We have an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team.

You will be responsible for planning, developing, executing and maintaining all email marketing strategies for our clients.

As the successful candidate you will:

Oversee the implementation of effective and successful EDM strategies.
Develop advanced automation and flow strategies based on best practices
Play a key role in auditing and evaluating EDM activities and success on client accounts
Focus on continuous optimization strategies through analysis, testing and innovation
Collaborate with implementation team on design and copywriting to ensure on time delivery of campaigns
Prepare reports which explain impact and provide insights
Support the pre-sale efforts across our email marketing offerings
Work with account managers on refining proposal’s and overarching strategies for new and existing clients
Be able to perform deep dive reviews of client performance and suggest new ideas and opportunities
Ability to work with cloud based software platforms and developers

To succeed in this role you need to have:

Ideally over 5 years ongoing experience in email marketing - pay based on experience and skills
Strategic thinking and the ability to quickly identify key opportunities
Deep understanding and experience using all main ESP’s – including Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud etc.
A solid understanding of the wider email marketing ecosystem including third party tools, testing, shopping cart integrations etc.
Extensive experience in automation solutions and automation strategies
Strong comfort level in holding and understanding technical conversations with development and IT teams
Strong communication and people’s skills to manage both client expectations and internal management of delivery of work.
Knowledge of digital paid media and how this would work collaboratively with email marketing services
