We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Marketing and Alumni Coordinator to join our team at St Andrews Christian College in Wantirna South. This is a Fixed Term - Part Time position within the Marketing department, focusing on Marketing & Communications.

As the Marketing and Alumni Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

Design, create, and coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and digital content.
Managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Creating engaging content for marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and website updates.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with alumni to foster a sense of community and support for the college.
Organising events and initiatives to connect current students with alumni, creating networking and mentorship opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for marketing within an educational setting, excellent communication skills, creativity in content creation, and the ability to build meaningful connections with alumni. Skills And Experiences

Required Skills:

Proven experience in marketing and communications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Ability to build and maintain relationships with alumni and external stakeholders
Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management and email campaigns
Experience in event coordination and management
Knowledge of branding principles and ability to uphold brand standards
Proficiency in using relevant software such as Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM systems
Understanding of data analysis to inform marketing strategies and decision-making
A passion for education and a commitment to the values of St Andrews Christian College
