About the Role:

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the voice of Snowy River Caravans across digital platforms, sharing our journey and building excitement around our products. Your role will be to connect directly with our followers, manage Google Reviews, and engage potential customers to generate leads. This role is perfect for someone who can combine creativity, strategy, and analytical insights to elevate our brand's online presence and collaborate closely with the sales team to turn social interest into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement: Develop and grow a supportive, engaging online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and keeping conversations active and adventurous.
Google Review Management: Handle Google Reviews professionally, showcasing positive feedback and addressing challenges constructively to demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Customer Messaging: Proactively reach out to potential customers, answering questions, sharing product details, and fostering connections that excite people about Snowy River Caravans.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through social interactions, guiding potential customers from interest to engagement and passing on qualified leads to our sales team.
Insightful Analytics: Track and analyze social media metrics to boost engagement, reach, and follower growth, contributing databacked insights to enhance our strategy continually.
Consistent Brand Voice: Communicate authentically, using a voice that reflects our adventurous and approachable brand values across all platforms.
Sales Team Collaboration: Partner with our dealership team to ensure a seamless handoff from social interactions to sales by sharing valuable insights, leads, and feedback.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute the marketing calendar, manage budget allocation, and report on activities monthly to optimize performance against brand KPIs.
Influencer and Partnership Strategy: Drive the social media and influencer strategy, managing partnerships that increase brand visibility.
Digital Asset Management: Organize and manage digital assets to maintain consistency and efficiency across all campaigns.
Paid Social Media Campaigns: Launch and oversee paid campaigns with a focus on audience growth and return on investment (ROI).

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in social media management, community management, or a related role.
Passion for outdoor adventures and the caravan lifestyle—a plus!
Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google My Business) and an eye for engaging content.
Exceptional writing skills with an engaging, friendly tone that attracts followers.
Creativity and strategic thinking with solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Familiarity with social media tools like Sprout Social.
A proactive, customer focused approach with strong problem-solving skills and a talent for engaging conversations.
