This role assists in driving marketing initiatives and promotional activities of our venues, ensuring that our brand presence is maximised both online and in-venue. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a knack for strategic marketing, and the ability to implement engaging promotional campaigns that attracts and engages visitors and guests.

What key responsibilities does this role have?

Support the development and execution of dynamic marketing plans to showcase our venues and offerings.
Coordinate multi-channel advertising campaigns, spanning social media, print, and digital platforms, ensuring cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager to identify key promotional opportunities, crafting innovative strategies that drive attention and engagement.
Assist in the creation of eye-catching marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, digital content, and advertisements, to elevate brand presence.
Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, continuously adjusting strategies to meet objectives and optimise results.
Maintain a vibrant and engaging online presence across social media platforms and our website, ensuring content is both relevant and aligned with our brand identity.
Organise and execute promotional events and special offers that captivate and excite our audiences.
Stay on top of the latest industry trends and competitor activities, using insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in our marketing efforts.
Administer, regularly innovate, and track the success of our loyalty programs, ensuring they thrive and evolve for long-term impact and sustainability.

As a creative, you’re always ahead of the curve, staying on top of the latest industry trends and seamlessly adapting them to different markets.
Juggling multiple campaigns and managing tight calendars? It’s second nature to you.
With a flair for organisation and eye for detail, you’re skilled in using MS Office, social media scheduling platforms and design tools like Canva to bring your visions to life.
