About the opportunity

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mobile and Web Developer to join our dynamic team. This role will entail the mobile and web development of the Sydney University App and on the MyUni portal. This is a fantastic role to learn in as the successful candidates will be working with an experienced and enthusiastic team of senior developers. You’ll be working with modern development frameworks and serverless technologies in a fast-paced Agile delivery team. This role will join the team delivering the Student Portal for the University which is a very impactful and exciting project, a great experience for an individual and one which generates a lot of value by improving the experience for students of the University.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

develop new functionality for mobile and web applications
develop back-end serverless APIs to support the applications
test application functionality and resolve bugs
collaborate with developers, UX designers, scrum masters, stakeholders and others
undertake ad hoc projects and other activities as required

About you

proficient in Typescript and Javascript development
proficient in React, and React Native
some knowledge of serverless development in Node.js
