We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive with a proven track record and innovative strategies to drive our business forward. In this role, you will lead marketing initiatives while collaborating across teams. Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Brand Positioning
Develop and manage high-quality content, including articles, LinkedIn posts, website materials, and investor/adviser communications.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Create investor and adviser-focused materials.
Draft and distribute monthly/quarterly newsletters incorporating business updates and industry insights.
Digital Marketing & SEO
Optimise SEO to enhance visibility and engagement.
Produce and analyse monthly SEO reports to guide strategy.
Implement and manage digital marketing strategies across LinkedIn, company websites, and other platforms.
Support marketing initiatives for key events, including AGMs, investor events, and adviser events, by developing event-related materials such as invitations, presentations, and promotional content.
Assist with typeset quarterly/annual reports and supporting materials.

Administrative & Operational Support

Manage CRM systems to ensure accurate investor/adviser communications.
Oversee marketing collateral, templates, and internal resources.
Ensure all external materials align with brand identity and compliance standards.
Market Research & Strategic Insights
Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and investor/adviser sentiment.
Identify opportunities for CPD-accredited educational materials.
Provide insights to enhance brand positioning and engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum three years’ marketing experience, preferably in financial services, private equity, or asset management.
Strong written and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads).
Proficiency in SEO, digital marketing, and CRM systems.
Basic understanding of financial markets and wholesale investment strategies is an advantage.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategy development.
Ability to conduct market and competitor research for internal reporting.
Experience in event marketing and investor/adviser communications is desirable.
Experience in leading marketing campaigns.
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
