As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the National Marketing Manager, helping vet clinics connect with their clients and communities, acquire new patients, and grow their businesses—while being part of a collaborative, supportive team.

This role is perfect for a recent marketing graduate or someone with up to two years of marketing experience looking to develop their skills in a meaningful industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the roll-out of national marketing campaigns that support veterinary care
Planning, creating, and scheduling engaging social media content
Managing marketing queries and working with the team to solve challenges
Coordinating Canva Enterprise and our Intranet to help clinics access marketing materials
Assisting in planning and executing local marketing activities for clinics
Keeping key stakeholders updated through clear and engaging communications

About You

You have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

You’re positive, adaptable, and ready to take on new challenges
You have a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Experience using Canva or other design tools
Knowledge of SharePoint and intranet platforms
Previous experience in health, services, or regulated industries

About The Role

Navigate a rapidly growing clinic network in an era of digitisation and personalisation, this role play’s an important part of evolving marketing service capability.

Working under the guidance and direction of the National Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator helps coordinate best-practice marketing execution that supports our clinic’s to acquire new customers, patient growth and retention.

Your role and responsibilities include:

Supporting the implementation of national marketing campaigns
Social media planning & execution
Respond to marketing queries and engage with the extended team to resolve requests and questions
Coordinate Canva Enterprise
Assist in planning and managing Local Area Marketing campaigns
Key stakeholder updates and communications management

Skills required
