About the role

This role will play a pivotal role in executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns for the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Committee for Melbourne. You will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling and traffic management of paid digital advertising and eDM communications, building and optimising paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, and managing daily budget pacing while maintaining ROAS KPIs. You will take the lead in briefing and coordinating creative assets for paid and organic social posts, assist in creating engaging video content for various social media platforms, and stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends. In addition, the Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator will contribute to SEO efforts, use analytics tools to track performance, and establish solid working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of deliverables.

The successful candidate will have:

A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in digital or performance marketing.
A Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience running paid campaigns using platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Manager, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and the ability thrive in a busy environment.
Demonstrated ability to analyse data and metrics, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Eagerness to learn, develop, and apply knowledge.
