We are a leading private professional services consulting firm in the mining sector, headquartered in Brisbane with offices in Sydney, Perth, and the Hunter Valley. Our diverse team of around 110 staff excels in science and engineering. As our IT and technology landscape scales significantly, we are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join our team and support the implementation and maintenance of our Oracle NetSuite ERP, CRM, Analytics Warehouse solutions, and Microsoft’s premium generative AI: Copilot Pro for Office 365.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting users and maintaining our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing first-level support for Oracle NetSuite ERP, coordinating second-level and above support with our vendors, and managing the security access to ERP and business systems. Additionally, you will support Microsoft Office 365 products, assist users with inter-office communication technology, and help our employees get the most out of Artificial Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the development and implementation of the Oracle NetSuite platform, including AI.

- Provide first-level support for Oracle NetSuite ERP and CRM.

- Support users in accessing and using Oracle NetSuite Analytics Warehouse.

- Coordinate with vendors for second-level and higher support for Oracle NetSuite.

- Provide first-level support for Microsoft Office 365 products.

- Assist users with inter-office communication technology (webcams, microphones, speakers, etc.).

- Help manage support tickets with Office 365 and hardware vendors.

- Oversee security access to ERP and business systems.

- Help Manage Azure Active Directory.

- Assist users in integrating Artificial Intelligence with Microsoft Copilot for Office 365.

- Support users located across various offices around the country.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator.

- Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite ERP and first-level support experience.

- Experience with NetSuite Analytics Warehouse.

- Experience with Microsoft Copilot for Office 365 is highly viewed.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 products and their administration.

- Knowledge of data warehousing is a plus.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and within a team.

- NetSuite certifications strongly regarded.

- ITIL qualification is strongly regarded.
