Job Description

Campaign Development: Conceptualize, plan, and execute creative marketing campaigns that align with company goals and target audience preferences. Develop compelling messaging and content to drive engagement and generate leads.
Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing. Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance to enhance ROI and conversion rates.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, such as blog posts, articles, whitepapers, videos, infographics, and more, that effectively communicates the value of our products/services and addresses the pain points of our audience.
Social Media Management: Maintain a strong presence across relevant social media platforms. Plan and schedule engaging posts, monitor social trends, and interact with the online community to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the real estate tech sector.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
1 year experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or technology sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
Proficiency in content creation, including writing, editing, and graphic design.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
