What to Expect
Tesla is looking for an excellent Project Developer, that can autonomously drive Tesla’s charging programs, including discovery of new charging locations, diligence, negotiation & ongoing relationship management. The ideal candidate will tirelessly create opportunities, adapt to external factors and internal guidance, manage multiple projects, and build and nurture relationships.
This role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of projects and the organization. There will be opportunities for career growth based on performance and interest.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage pipeline of new charging site development opportunities that will serve current and future Tesla owners
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both external and internal
- Assist with deployment program strategy, location selection and feasibility analyses
- Develop and refine proposals with property owners, governmental bodies and other key partners; Negotiate win-win solutions and close deals
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve customer experience, cost efficiency and timelines
- Work with internal legal counsel to draft, negotiate and close site host agreements

- Proven track record (2+ years) of creating and nurturing strong relationships (e.g. from Retail, Real estate or equivalent B2B experience)
- Proven track record of developing, driving and closing business opportunities
- A willingness to travel extensively within the A/NZ region
