About the Role:
As our Marketing Administrator, you'll play a key role in executing marketing initiatives and supporting the team's day-to-day operations.
We are looking for:
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work autonomously under the guidance of your line manager.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A keen interest in current marketing trends.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) is a plus but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Administration - Perform day-to-day and ongoing marketing tasks.
- Create, coordinate and implement promotions and campaigns.
- Social Media and Content Creation.
- Review opportunities based on brand fit and budget for Events, Trade Shows, Sponsorships and Partnerships and manage all aspects in the co-ordination of events.
- Maintain marketing collateral stocks to meet Sales and Branch requirements.
- Assist with Branch branding requirements.
- Administration and organisational resource for product development, marketing and launch projects.
