More About the Role:
This role requires a professional who is driven and knowledgeable about all areas of communications, media and marketing. Your top priority will be to ensure customers, employees and stakeholders are informed and educated and your campaigns contribute to building our brand. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the role includes but is not limited to:
- Building our brand and reputation as a leading public transport provider.
- Develop and drive engaging end-to-end marketing and communication projects and campaigns.
- Create marketing materials, presentations and engaging social media content adhering to brand.
- Build productive working relationships with Client stakeholders and SMEs for campaigns and approvals.
- Conducting market research as required as well as analysing campaign results and outcomes.
- Involvement in events from time to time, which may include travel to sites.

What we’re Looking for in the successful candidate:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position.
- You’re a whizz at owning multiple projects and producing communications for a range of channels. You have the capacity to develop innovative, creative, and engaging concepts for marketing campaigns within brand guidelines and drive brand consistency across all communications.
- You excel in communication and influencing, building strong relationships with stakeholders. You'll work closely with SMEs, marketing, and design teams to plan, create, and execute copy for various touchpoints, including campaign materials, eDMs, websites, digital, video, and social platforms.
- You are accurate, with high attention to detail and strong analytical details.
- Be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
- Hold a current Unrestricted Australian drivers licence issued by the relevant State.
Highly Regarded:
- Post graduate qualifications in Marketing.
- Transport industry experience with a knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Experience working with Government comms and marketing teams.
