The Role
Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development & Marketing, you will have the rare opportunity to get exposure to a wide array of marketing activities, flex and develop your skills. Your duties will be varied and include (but not be limited to): work on our website and intranet, updating our credentials database, enhancing our photo library and establishing a contacts database.
The position will be full-time working on all things events, marketing and assisting the team in administration. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to showcase their skills and develop their abilities.

About You
- Previous experience working in customer service, retail or hospitality are highly desirable.
- Completion or completion in 2025, of a Business Development or Marketing degree.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite – including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- A willingness to learn, initiative and natural curiosity for all things marketing.
- A highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work at pace and the determination to ‘get it done’, no matter what!
- Excellent organisational skills, the ability to juggle and prioritise.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and apps including, but not limited to, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Microsoft Copilot, OneDrive, WordPress, Adobe InDesign and PhotoShop (all desirable, but not required).

The national Business Development & Marketing team is a small, dynamic and high-performing team, led by the Director of Business Development & Marketing from our Brisbane office. Working in different offices, the team meets virtually both formally and socially, creating a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
