About the role
You will support the Furniture and Bedding Product and Marketing team based on-site at Homebush West. This position is dynamic and fast-paced, involving juggling multiple tasks. You’ll be supporting various areas like catalogues, newspaper ads, online content, promotions, reporting, ordering, meetings and managing product samples.
Responsibilities include;
- Maintaining the product database, intranet, and advertising lines advice.
- Assisting with organising meetings and conferences.
- Regular communication to stores in relation to new product launches, promotions, specials.
- Supporting all advertising compliance and all evidence to substantiate the accuracy of information.
- Communicating with Suppliers and Photographers in relation to ordering of stock, delivery, and collection.
About you
You will be organised, detail-oriented and possess effective communication skills. You will thrive on learning new concepts and adeptly supporting the team with various tasks, simultaneously.
You will also have:
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems effectively.
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
