We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated NFP Digital Transformation Consultant to bring to life Infoxchange’s mission of Technology for Social Justice. This full-time fixed term (24 month) role will be based in Melbourne, Victoria

About the role
In this role, you will assess the technology needs of small to medium-sized not-for-profits and provide practical advice through individual consultations, mentoring, and webinars.
Your expertise will cover a range of technology categories, including
• tech foundations (PCs, networks, servers, telephony, email, and collaboration infrastructure)
• NFP applications (finance, HR, client management, and CRMs)
• data and analytics (tools, infrastructure, and reporting)
• digital marketing (websites, social media, fundraising)
• artificial intelligence (helping NFPs unlock AI's potential)
• IT management (strategy, governance, and continuity),
• cybersecurity protections
Direct organisations towards technology resources (senior staff, information guides, webinars, training, products & services, contractors, partners etc) where required, so they get better value from their technology investment.
Support the design and delivery of programs that build the capability of NFP staff across the Asia Pacific region.
Undertake project tasks including requirements analysis, report writing, data analysis, solution design, and training.
About you
To succeed in this role at Infoxchange, you will be:
• Able to provide assistance across different non-profit technology categories, including at least one or two of:
o Microsoft 365, user devices and IT infrastructure
o Systems selection
o Data & analytics
o Cyber security
o Artificial Intelligence tools and uses
• Skilled at data analysis with Excel. Tools like Microsoft Power BI is an advantage.
• Able to undertake structured analysis in a logical and efficient manner
• Able to demonstrate excellent written communication skills, including contributing to or leading writing business reports and recommendations.
• Good awareness of NFP technology challenges and passionate about the sector
• Able to communicates well with, relate to and sees issues from the perspective of people from a diverse range of cultures and backgrounds
