Social Media Coordinator

Base salary from $65,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns across various platforms of Sylvia P Group to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our website. You will be reporting to the Marketing Manager and collaborating with the wider marketing and design team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of social media trends and loves fashion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies for all Sylvia P Group's social channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our website
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Analyse social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance and insights to improve future campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media campaigns align with overall marketing objectives
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in social media management or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Experience with social media management tools, including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram Ads
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for social media
