We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping user-centred experiences, driving client satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of our internal offerings and tools. As a Senior UX Designer, you will independently lead workstreams, facilitate complex workshops, and deliver high-quality outputs that address both user and business needs.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with our creative powerhouses, digital innovators, and client leads to craft solutions that are not only clever but culturally relevant, bold, and authentic.
Key responsibilities:
- Effectively delivers and receives feedback to and from peers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Collaborates with peers, providing input, feedback, and guidance on the planning and execution of deliverables as appropriate.
- Proactively identifies opportunities to extend client engagements within the context of the work.
- Develops strong relationships with peer-level clients and can serve as the day-to-day point of contact for specific workstreams.
- Crafts compelling stories that build empathy and advocate for customers/employees, connecting them to business or brand needs.
- Produces high-fidelity artefacts that effectively communicate research findings, design recommendations, and actionable insights.
- Constructs workshop agendas, defines preparatory work, and confidently facilitates sections of workshops or whole smaller sessions.
- Applies advanced qualitative and statistical analysis to usability test data, uncovering deeper insights for decision-making.
- Proven ability to build and manage design systems using Figma.
- Skilled in defining user flows, experience mapping, and synthesising data into actionable insights.
- Self-directed and independent in executing high-quality workstreams.
- Strong collaborator and relationship-builder with peers and clients alike.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of delivering value-driven user experiences.
