Position Overview:
As a Senior Front-End Engineer at TotalSynergy, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI design, and back-end developers, to deliver high-quality software and seamless digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Front-End Design & Development
- Lead the front-end development of web applications, ensuring the highest quality of code, performance, and user experience.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform wireframes and mockups into responsive, visually appealing interfaces.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Develop and maintain reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure functionality and performance.
- Work in an Agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of front-end development experience, with a strong focus on SaaS platforms.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and CSS pre-processors like SASS or LESS.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive web design
