The role
Decidr’s Marketing Coordinator will work with the team (Digital Marketing Manager and Fractional CMO) to establish marketing tools and processes, support all marketing GTM activities, implement the content calendar & social media strategy, and support campaign launches and monitor performance.
Requirements
- Copywriting skills: Ability to create engaging, professional, and targeted content for various platforms.
- Social Media Management: Experience managing social media platforms, preferably for B2B audiences, with a basic understanding of analytics, engagement strategies, and performance optimisation.
- Marketing knowledge: Preferably in digital channels, understanding of paid ad platforms (LinkedIn, Google), SEO principles, and performance tracking.
- Project and Task Management: Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and execute multiple tasks in an agile environment while meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Good communicator, team player, and comfortable working across teams.
