About the Role
As the Head of Digital Innovation & Growth, you’ll drive the transformation of a small but promising creative tech business into something extraordinary. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll own the strategy, growth, and operational excellence needed to propel the company forward.
Your focus will include:
- Leading innovative digital performance, CRO, and growth marketing, campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Implementing cutting-edge personalisation strategies to captivate audiences.
- Pioneering AI-driven solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
- Building a culture of creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Scaling operations and executing a growth roadmap for the next 12 to 18 months.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone bold, driven, and full of ideas:
- Leadership experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or 2IC in a digital creative digital agency or similar tech environment.
- Proven expertise in growth marketing, CRO, and personalisation strategies.
- Expert in Digital Performance, Search, email, paid, organic etc. You won't be on the tools but you need to know what fits where in a digital marketing perspective but the role is MUCH more than just digital marketing.
- A strong grasp of AI technologies and their application in the digital space.
- A track record of entrepreneurial thinking, with a love for building, innovating, and scaling.
- Extensive leadership qualities and a myriad of ideas to take this business to the next level.
- A passion for doing something unique and willingness to embrace a challenge.
- The confidence to lead with the assurance that you’re not risking the house—just your creative energy.
