As the Marketing Lead for APAC & EMEA, you will partner with Sales to develop, execute, and optimize the marketing strategy for each region, strengthening Envirosuite’s brand presence in our focus sectors and generating qualified leads that convert to pipeline and ultimately revenue.
This role works as part of the global Marketing team and partners cross-functionally to deliver integrated marketing programs across digital and offline channels, engaging new prospects and growing existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Create, execute, and optimize regional marketing strategies aligned to sales objectives and marketing performance goals, based on research and data, including developing and championing new ideas and creative ways to market.
- Demand Generation: Own the sourcing, orchestration, and development of industry-specific integrated marketing programs to grow sales pipeline, including in-person events, webinars, digital, paid media, and more.
- Account-Based Marketing: Tailor marketing programs for key accounts, curating and repurposing content and creating tailored messages in collaboration with the Sales team to deepen account relationships.
- Marketing Events: Manage Envirosuite’s presence at physical and virtual events, both Envirosuite-run and third party.
- Stakeholder Management & Communications: Build and execute a clear communications plan across all stakeholders, collaborating with the broader Marketing team to ensure sales are enabled around marketing programs and events, launches, lead management, etc.
- Budget Management: Manage and optimize a regional budget to deliver programs with the highest ROI in line with team and company objectives.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Review regional marketing performance, leveraging data analytics and other reporting tools, and use findings to optimize marketing efforts.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Degree in Business, Marketing or similar.
- Ability to work autonomously, as broader Marketing team is spread around the globe.
- Ability to think strategically and collaborate with senior and executive stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience.
