About the Role
With exciting growth at Ingenia Communities Group and significant investment in our Marketing capability, we are looking for a seasoned Project Marketing Manager to join our Queensland residential communities’ team.
This opportunity will see you working with our Head of Marketing - Lifestyle, and the wider marketing team to drive day-to-day marketing operations and lead generation campaigns for active projects, while developing positioning, launch strategy and awareness building campaigns for greenfield projects. You’ll have ample resources, in-house digital creative PR, events, and partnerships with two major external agencies. Our corporate marketing is transforming with CRM, website insights, branding, and MarTech projects.
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with three days in the office and two days working remotely/onsite with the mindset of being flexible in order to work to business priorities. This role also requires occasional local and regional travel for onsite events, site visits and meetings.
