I.M.A is looking for a Social Media & Content Coordinator to work on both organic and paid social media programs for our clients.
About you:A Social Media & Content Coordinator who is looking for the next jump in their career in an agency environment. This role is hands on, looking after end-to-end requirements from content planning and creation, implementation and reporting.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- 2+ years experience in a similar social media role with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn platforms
- An understanding of social media algorithms including trends, strategies and best practice
- Have experience in analytics tools like Sprout Social
- Excellent written communication skills with a fair for content creation
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to moderate user generated content and undertake community management
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude to problem solving and providing excellent service to our clients
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and implementation of paid campaigns is advantageous.
A day in the life of the Social Media Coordinator involves:
- Drafting copy, creating and scheduling social media posts
- Community management including day-to-day moderation
- Client relationship management
- Communicate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders including third-party suppliers
- Creating and maintaining monthly reports including reviewing stats and creating insights
This job is advertised as full-time, however we can accommodate reduced hours or flexible hours for the right candidate. For example 9-3pm or a 4-day work week.
