Role
You will be joining the Events Marketing team, as part of the broader Business Development & Marketing (BD&M) function. The Events Marketing team create, manage and execute the firm’s client and internal events ensuring a differentiated client experience.
This is your opportunity to step in and provide key support assisting with:
- Creating electronic communications for events, ie invitations
- Creating and printing event collateral
- Providing essential administrative support
With flexibility to be based in the Melbourne or Sydney CBD office you will work with our supportive and highly experienced national and Singapore teams.

Reporting to the Senior Events Marketing Manager, key responsibilities include:
- Creating and coordinating event collateral, including invitations, presentations, brochures, signage, menus, name badges, seating plans, place cards, and conference materials.
- Managing event guest lists and update attendance records in our client database, and reporting attendance to external organisations as needed (eg WA Legal Board).
- Researching and sourcing appropriate venues for events.
- Attending events when required and assisting with registration.
- Actively contribute to the events team by generating ideas, sharing information, and assisting with workload at busy times.
• Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks.
