What You’ll Do:
As a Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting our marketing strategies and initiatives. You’ll:
- Execution of existing marketing strategies to ensure Stryker South Pacific’s success in achieving market share, attaining/retaining market leadership, and, optimising profitability
- Execute marketing plans for new and existing products
- Aid in the creation of the annual marketing plans
- Create marketing collateral and communications material
- Develop and measure product promotion campaigns
- Provide the sales team with support - including product training and current market/product information
- Organise and participate in conferences - including workshops and meetings with surgeons, registrars and theatre staff
What You Bring:

- A proactive and creative mindset with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
- An interest in healthcare or technology
Required:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
