Description
Role Overview:
As a hands-on Marketing Manager you will take the lead in developing and executing the marketing strategy for the Altus platform.
In this role, you’ll draw on your experience working in lean teams to strategically position our product in the market. By leveraging your deep understanding of the industry and key audiences, you’ll design and implement targeted go-to-market activities that drive acquisition, retention, and growth for our customers and partners.

What a typical day may include:
- Create partner and customer personas and journey mapping to understand buyer behaviour to attract high quality leads and engagement.
- Be the voice of the customer internally, deeply understanding the needs of customers through research and engagement with them.
- Understand the landscape of our problem domain, through competitor research along with deep collaboration with Product teams and Partners.
- Develop positioning and messaging for new and existing products as they are released to market.
- Help define and update key value propositions for products, including pricing strategies.
- Develop effective lead nurture journeys to assist with converting enquiries into qualified sales leads.
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to oversee/optimise the digital channels including the Altus website, social media, SEM/SEO.
- Monitor and measure effectiveness of digital marketing activities to support achievement of sales goals and the focus on continuous improvement.
- Work with the Brand Manager to help manage the brand identity for Altus.
- Identify and manage award submissions.
- Manage the sourcing of key components of Client Evidence including videos and case studies.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and be the key liaison point between Altus Leadership and the Sensei Marketing team.
