The role:
As the Client Director you will be managing the day-to-day senior client relationships and the overall team performance. It is a role that requires an expert level of understanding of the media industry and a comprehensive understanding of our client’s industry and business.
Core responsibilities:
- Effectively manage direct reports to ensure progression through the agency; including recruitment, performance reviews, development plans, feedback and training
- Leading external agencies (digital and creative) in delivering integrated projects
- Responsible for the connectivity, consistency and timely delivery of the components of the response to brief including; strategy, comms planning and investment and optimization
- Manage the Business – deliver the service proposition to clients and full end to end management of the business on individual clients
- Relationship Management - owns the client relationships as per the defined relationship strategy for the client
- Proactively Identifies Client Development Opportunities – flags specific client cross sell and upsell opportunities
- Commercial and service ownership of client relationship – drives seamless delivery and profitability of account
A bit about you:

- Working experience with TV, OOH and Digital Planning tools
- Previous primary focus on channel planning including the production of the supporting documentation that details; the OEB ecosystem, channel selection, role of channel, top line phasing, block plan and high level budget bearings
- Confidence and competence delivering on large fast moving, high volume accounts
