About the Role
We are on the lookout for a new Campaign Lead to join our Growth Marketing team. You will play a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns to promote our collectible drops (product releases) in order to maximise uptake and revenue.
The key responsibilities include:
- Planning, execution and scheduling of go to market strategies to ensure timeliness and speed to market.
- Oversee the development of compelling campaign content with Production and Marketing, including videos, graphics, and written materials.
- Assist in being the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including our licensors, regarding the status of drop campaigns.
- Influence the drop process to ensure the customer voice is heard.
- Participate in campaign performance analysis and drop result evaluations, identifying areas for improvement.
About You
You will have:
- Experience managing compelling omni-channel campaigns is desirable.
- Experience working in B2C environments in a digital-first & global business.
- Ability to prioritise to deliver and execute in an accurate and timely manner.
- Pragmatic and problem solver - can work at pace and be solutions orientated to deliver upon campaigns.
- Exposure to data analysis, using metrics and KPIs to inform campaign decisions and optimise performance advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to form productive working relationships across a business.
- Confident working with external partners such as licensors to obtain the best outcomes.
- Passion for pop culture, entertainment and being customer obsessed.
- Experience managing agency relationships is advantageous.
