We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Media Investment Manager with our awesome team in Sydney.
The role:
As the Investment Manager you will be responsible for managing the investment deliverables for clients with a strong investment profile. You will be supporting teams to ensure they have the right campaign process in place when it comes to planning channels, briefing, analysing media proposals and reporting and tracking.
Core responsibilities:
- Ability to use and understand market and proprietary investment tools and systems.
- Full accountability for the end to end investment process; briefing, booking, negotiating and buying media
- Comparing cost/reach/impact across channels and relevancy to the campaign approach, understanding key metrics per medium and data sources
- To ensure workflow is seamless and innovate processes where required to improve operational efficiencies
- Supports contract negotiations on behalf of client’s investment
- Strong core focus on Screens, digital, audio, OOH and Print with development into digital and performance in the future
A bit about you:
- An expert in the Australian media marketplace
- Proven success managing the workflow and quality of investment deliverables for the Executive and Associate level team members
- You champion a high level of investment craft capability in more junior team members
- Proven ability to work highly effectively with media owner partners
- Working experience with industry tools such as: Spectra/SMD, Vos – eTAM, eRAM, Roy Morgan, AQX
- TV Map experience highly regarded but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
