In this role you will be an integral part of the Salesforce delivery and support teams at ASX. You will be a Salesforce technical expert able to cover all aspects of Salesforce engineering across Sales, Service, Marketing, Financial Service and Experience clouds.

What you will be doing:
- Assist the ASX Salesforce delivery team to define and refine requirements and translate these into robust, enterprise grade Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and design solutions that will be delivered across the range of Salesforce technologies, APEX, LWC, VisualForce and Omni Studio.
- Work on digital transformation initiatives across the continuous improvement of the core platform and delivery of new and enhanced customer facing features through the ASX customer community.
- Participate in various initiatives to assist with solution design, estimation and backlog prioritisation.
- Part of a dedicated, agile, cross functional, delivery squad working under the SCRUM methodology.
What you will bring:
Must have
- Ability to develop in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, VisualForce, Omni Studio, LWC, Java as well as expert knowledge on the Salesforce DX and agile delivery practices.
- Have a good understanding of the underlying Salesforce architecture, with the ability to demonstrate at least 3 years of solid experience on the platform.
- Familiar with various integration patterns as they relate to Salesforce (REST API, Java API, Streaming API + ESB).
- Previous experience working with DevOps principles, with exposure to Copado and Gitlab being an advantage.
- Recent experience developing for the Customer Community Cloud using Lightning Web Components.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Developer 1 and 2 certifications.
- Exposure to 3rd party offerings such as DocuSign, Temenos or similar, Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS.
- Previous experience in financial services organisations or capital markets would be a distinct advantage.
- Good understanding of micro services architecture and API development using event driven architecture – Salesforce event bus in particular.
