About the Team:
The team you’ll be working with are passionate about Qwilr as a product, and as an organisation. We strive to bring our A-game with us. Always. In engineering specifically, the broader team consists of an array of full-stack developers, as well as frontend, site reliability, and backend-integrations gurus.
What you’ll do:

Collaboratively design and deliver software and systems for Qwilr.

Shape, plan, build and operate Qwilr’s product features.

Design and implement solutions with an exceptional degree of technical understanding, and a glorious degree of excellence, balanced with an equally glorious desire to get stuff done.

Demonstrate capability when it comes to solving complex technical challenges cleanly, and with a passion for supportable software.

Iterate on team development practices and technical excellence/understanding - constantly improving yourself and contributing to the elevation of your Qwilr engineering team.

Seek a collaborative, clear, shared understanding of project requirements and priorities.
