About the role
You will be on the road each day visiting pharmacies, building great
relationships and setting up eye-catching Merchandising displays.
Reporting to the NSW State Manager you have the opportunity to work with
a dedicated field team of Territory Managers and Vitamin Trainers. As
with any merchandising role there is the requirement to deliever to the
plan, on time, and within the budget. The ideal candidate will pride
themsleves on finding ways to deliver additional value through their
creativity, business accumen and natural ability to build strong
relationships.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Executing all head office organised promotional activity as a priority
- Maximising promotional effectiveness in store – i.e. window displays, in-store displays, bin displays
- Timely and regular communication to the team and head office as needed
- Ensure price points are placed on all off-location displays
- Accurately executing Plan-o-grams & maintaining existing shelf/space facings

You are happy to roll up your sleeves and support the team's goals, and
enjoy celebrating your own and the teams successes. The ideal candidate
is proficient at meeting their deadlines and complying with store
requirements whilst in addition, you will pride yourself on finding
ways to deliver additional value through your creativity, business
accumen and natural ability to build strong relationships.
